Job Title: Guest Service Agent
Job Summary
- A Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Handling arrivals, departures, and reservations efficiently while maintaining a luxury experience.
- Personalized Guest Assistance: Addressing guest inquiries, and special requests, and providing recommendations for hotel services and local attractions.
- Problem Resolution: Managing guest concerns and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Communication & Coordination: Liaising with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs seamlessly.
- Billing & Payments: Processing payments, and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Brand Representation: Upholding the hotel’s five-star standards in professionalism, appearance, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years experience.
