Job Title: Crane Operator

Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cranes and other heavy equipment with precision and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes and heavy equipment to lift, move, and position loads.
• Communicate effectively with the operational team using hand signals and verbal communication.
• Study and understand weight limits to ensure safe operations.
• Report any abnormalities or operational struggles immediately to the maintenance team.
• Understand emergency operations and conditional control parameters.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations.
• Ensure the visibility of the cabin through regular cleaning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / WAEC / GCE / NECO.
• Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field from an accredited institution in Nigeria (e.g., Engineering, Technical Education, or related fields).
• Certified Crane Operator (CCO) Certification or equivalent recognized by Nigerian authorities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes and heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to interpret load charts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
