Job Title: IT Project Manager

Description 

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and certified IT Project Manager to oversee and drive technology projects from inception to completion. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of projects that align with business goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk management strategies, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Implement Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies as required.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the project management process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT project management.
• Must hold a recognized project management certification, such as:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI Nigeria Chapter
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the Nigerian tech industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
