Job Title: General Manager (GM) – Operations

Job Summary

• The General Manager (Operations) is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the company, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and optimal performance across all projects. 
• This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, process improvement, and leadership to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects meet technical, financial, and operational targets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, HSE policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in project execution.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Lead and mentor operations teams to enhance productivity and performance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial and contract management experience.
