Job Title: Quality Control Civil Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Quality Control Civil Engineer to oversee and ensure the highest standards of construction quality.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Perform material testing, compaction tests, and concrete strength assessments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality control procedures and test results.
• Identify and address defects, deviations, and non-conformities in construction work.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to ensure quality assurance.
• Implement and enforce quality control policies and best practices.
• Conduct audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction or mining industry quality control.
• Strong knowledge of civil design, material testing, and installation methods.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools.
