Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients
• Oversee branding, proposal development, and digital visibility efforts
• Lead and mentor a business support team (proposals, marketing, and client services)
• Identify and formalize strategic partnerships to expand market influence
• Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategies with the firm’s vision

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5–10 years of proven experience in business development, strategic sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a business development or marketing team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Digitally savvy—comfortable turning digital engagement into measurable growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
