Job Title: PR / Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and strategic PR/Marketing Specialist to help shape StayAssist’s voice in the marketplace and amplify our reach across digital and traditional media.
• The ideal candidate will craft compelling stories, manage campaigns, strengthen media relationships, and ensure that StayAssist remains top-of-mind for travelers, property owners, and lifestyle seekers.

Key Responsibilities
Public Relations:

• Develop and execute StayAssist’s PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and trust.
• Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership articles.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel, tech, and lifestyle journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and produce regular PR reports and performance insights.
• Organize and manage press events, media tours, and product launches.

Marketing & Brand Positioning:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
• Coordinate seasonal or regional campaigns that highlight StayAssist’s value propositions (e.g., convenience, local discovery).
• Support user acquisition and engagement efforts through targeted storytelling, paid media, and influencer partnerships.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to position StayAssist competitively within the hospitality-tech space.

Content Creation & Communications:

• Develop brand-aligned messaging for campaigns, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with design and tech teams to develop marketing assets and enhance user engagement touchpoints within the app.
