Job Title: Brand & Content Strategist / Social Media Manager
Job Summary
- We’re looking for a Brand & Content Strategist / Social Media Manager to tell our story, craft engaging digital content, and grow a vibrant online community that loves travel, culture, and local discovery.
- This role blends strategy and creativity — you’ll be responsible for shaping our digital voice, creating scroll-stopping content, and building meaningful connections across platforms.
- You’ll be the brand’s storyteller, content architect, and engagement engine.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Storytelling:
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand and content strategy aligned with StayAssist’s voice and values.
- Own our social media calendar, from concept to execution, with timely, on-brand campaigns.
- Drive audience growth and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Content Creation:
- Design and produce compelling visuals (posts, stories, flyers, reels, videos, blog graphics) using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut.
- Collaborate with hosts, travelers, and city partners to tell real stories from our community.
- Manage StayAssist’s blog and newsletter, from ideation to publication.
Community & Channel Management:
- Monitor and respond to social media DMs, mentions, and comments to build loyalty and trust.
- Launch and manage campaigns, contests, and influencer partnerships that spark buzz and bookings.
- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies for performance.
Brand Alignment:
- Ensure consistent tone, visuals, and messaging across all content and digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product, customer experience, and growth teams to sync brand storytelling with platform updates and user needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or social media management.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, witty, warm, and guest-focused.
- Fluency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
- A love for design, local culture, travel, and digital trends.
- Bonus: Experience in travel, lifestyle, or tech platforms.
