Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in POS deployment and support, preferably in the digital banking space
• Knowledge of POS technology, including hardware and software components, installation and configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective guidance and support to customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to POS terminals and digital banking technology.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support customer needs.
