Campbell Foundation Fellowship Program – Introducing the Chesapeake Fellowship Program by The Campbell Foundation! This exciting opportunity offers a paid two-year experience in environmental grant-making. We are awarding one Fellowship in each of our Chesapeake Initiative programs, namely Civic Engagement and Agriculture.

About the Campbell Foundation Fellowship Program: As a prominent funder in the Chesapeake Bay watershed for the past 20 years, the Keith Campbell Foundation for the Environment is dedicated to enhancing the ecological conditions of the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays system. Through our Chesapeake Office, we provide annual grants totaling $5 million (approximately 120 grants) to support local and regional water quality improvement efforts. The primary goals of the Chesapeake Fellowship Program are to:

  1. Foster problem-solving capabilities by embracing diverse talents, perspectives, and experiences.
  2. Cultivate future nonprofit leaders by developing their skills, expanding their professional network, and enriching their knowledge of conservation activities in the Chesapeake region.
