Job Title: Environmental & Social Safeguard Professional
Requirements
Education:
- M.Sc. in Environmental Science, Agricultural & Bio-Resources Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 3+ years on donor-funded projects of a similar nature.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in preparing Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
- Skilled in monitoring mitigation measures for construction projects, including buildings, roads, agro-processing facilities, and irrigation systems.
- Experience with Resettlement Action Plans (RAP) is an added advantage.
