Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring top-quality service, efficient staff management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant operations to maintain high service standards
- Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
- Oversee inventory, stock management, and supplier coordination
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and ambience of the restaurant
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.
