Job Overview

• We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to take our brand’s online presence to the next level.
• You’ll be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across multiple social media platforms to engage our audience, grow our community, and boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content calendar and social media strategy.
• Create high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, Reels, captions, etc.) tailored for each platform.
• Manage daily posts and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Stay on top of social trends, tools, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to support campaigns and launches.
• Manage paid social campaigns (optional depending on the role).
• Monitor brand mentions, messages, and comments to ensure timely and on-brand responses.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, current trends, and best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly.
• (Bonus) Experience with social media ads, influencer outreach, or brand partnerships.
