Job Title: Facility Manager
Job Profile
- Responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure while ensuring that facilities are safe and functioning well.
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heating, electricity, etc.) and repairs.
- Develop and execute a system for regular cleaning, repair, and maintenance of company facilities.
- Oversee procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of overall facilities as required.
- Prepare and implement an annual budget for company building and facility maintenance.
- Update and maintain records and invoices of clients/vendors.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of external contractors and service providers, including security, cleaning, and catering.
- Ensure that facilities comply with government regulations, as well as environmental, health, and security standards.
- Ensure that all basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences, Business Management, or any other relevant discipline.
- Relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a mid-management role in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning and execution.
