Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive (Female)

The Role

• We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead the visibility, promotion, and clients acquisition efforts for the academy. 
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand storytelling, digital and traditional marketing, and building strong relationships with corporate and institutions clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and excute marketing strategies to attract training clients, events organizers, and corporate partners.
• Manage social media, website, and digital platforms to enhance visibility.
• Create compelling content for campaigns, newsletters, and adverts.
• Build and maintain a strong client database and CRM system.
• Coordinate branding, signage, and promotional material for the facility.
• Develop partnerships with HR department, training institutions, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Track performance metrics and ROI on marketing activities.
• Represent the academy at networking events and industry exposeContract

Requirements

• OND, BSc, or HND in any subject including business management, marketing, Accounting, Economic, Mass Communications or any other related subjects will be preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant marketing or sales experience. Experience in the service industry would be an advantage.
• Strong digital marketing skills (social media, SEO , email campaigns)
• Excellent communication, negotiations, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation is an advantage..

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
