Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

•  Are you a highly networked and driven Business Development professional ready to make an immediate impact in mental wellness? 
• Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be crucial in expanding our corporate client base, particularly within the public/government sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong business relationships with corporate organizations in both public and private sectors.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare or contribute to compelling proposals and pitches.

Qualifications

• HND / BSc Degree preferably in Psychology or a related health field.
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in business development.
• Must possess an existing network of corporate contacts (especially in the Public/Government sector) to leverage for immediate prospecting.

Skills & Attributes:

• Articulate, confident, and professional with excellent emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to prospect and identify new business.

Compensation
Net Monthly Salary: N400,000 – N650,000 (commensurate with experience and existing network).
