Job Title: HR Manager
Job Summary
- We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager with Industrial Relations expertise to join our client team in Nasarawa.
- As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support on HR matters
- Analyze and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / Master’s Degree.
- 15+ years of experience in HR/IR, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 / month.
