• As they expand, they’re looking for a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and connect with a loyal community of food lovers.

Role Overview

• We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy.
• You’ll be responsible for managing content, engaging with followers, analyzing performance, and building a strong online presence that reflects the restaurant’s identity and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
• Engage actively with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow community presence
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and optimize content
• Collaborate with kitchen/creative teams for photo and video shoots
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in the food & hospitality industry
• Run paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations as needed
• Manage the brand’s voice across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and content creation tools
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to shoot and edit engaging content (photo/video)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
