Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitress to join our dynamic front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Present menus and explain menu items, including specials
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area and service stations
• Set up tables with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• OND/BSc/HND in Hospitality, Catering, Sales, or related field is an added advantage
• 1-3 years of experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• A team player with a positive, proactive mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• N60,000 / month – You only work 15 days a month (alternate day schedule: 1 day on, 1 day off)
