Job Summary

• The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing market strategies, and driving revenue growth.
• This role involves strategic planning, sales management, market research, and communication with stakeholders to promote the company’s services or products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer needs to develop new business strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes.
• Support contract negotiations and close deals in line with company goals.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience. 

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
