Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Description
- Are you a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator with strong multitasking and communication skills?
- We are looking for a proactive individual to support our sales team, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports.
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials as needed.
- Monitor sales performance and generate periodic reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the Agro, agriculture , or retail industry is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
