Job Description

• Are you a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator with strong multitasking and communication skills? 
• We are looking for a proactive individual to support our sales team, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports.
• Coordinate between sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials as needed.
• Monitor sales performance and generate periodic reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the Agro, agriculture , or retail industry is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
