Job Title: Divisional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to your entire divisional sales force, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive divisional sales plan, setting aggressive yet achievable goals for market expansion, new business development, revenue generation, and overall profitability.
- Oversee all sales and business development activities within the division, ensuring optimal performance across all channels (wholesale, retail, etc.).
- Cultivate strong and collaborative partnerships with distributors, key accounts, and other stakeholders to maximize market penetration and sales success.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and develop winning strategies to capture market share.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team fostering their growth and maximizing their potential.
- Prepare insightful sales reports and present key findings to the General Manager Sales (GM Sales) and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- BSc / HND
- Minimum of 12 years FMCG sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales target and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent Leadership/Coaching Skill
- Goal Oriented and Target Driven
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
