Job Title: Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and suggest drinks
• Maintain the bar area and keep it clean and organized
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience. 

Salary
N100,000 per month.
