Job Title: Teller Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote bank products/services
- Balance cash drawer and identify/reconcile discrepancies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a Teller or in a customer-facing role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
