Job Title: Call Centre Representative
Job Summary
- We are seeking a customer-focused and solution-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing support team.
- In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries or concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Update customer records in the system and track interactions in the CRM.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (required).
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using customer support software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if required.
