Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking to hire aBusiness Development Manager iwho will be responsible for driving growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and the development of new business opportunities.
- This role focuses on identifying potential clients, fostering long-term relationships, expanding the company’s market presence, and meeting sales targets in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Pitch real estate offerings to corporate clients, investors, and individual buyers.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide property tours, and follow up through the entire sales funnel.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, landlords, brokers, and related stakeholders.
- Establish collaborations with banks and mortgage companies to enhance offerings.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and develop contacts.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights into new market segments and geographic expansion opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions, pricing strategies, and regulatory policies affecting the real estate industry.
Marketing & Branding Support:
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns, digital content, and sales materials.
- Promote properties using various channels including social media, property portals, and corporate presentations.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on business development performance and forecast trends.
- Ensure all documentation related to transactions is complete and legally compliant.
