Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary
- The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and improve customer engagement.
- The role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to manage social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, paid advertising, and email marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
Content & Social Media:
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage daily postings, respond to comments, and build community engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative/content team on blog posts, videos, newsletters, and promotional content.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO best practices.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structure.
- Monitor rankings and website performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush.
Email Marketing & CRM:
- Design and send regular email campaigns and newsletters.
- Segment mailing lists for personalized communications.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot to measure traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 years work experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and visual content creation skills.
- Data-driven and result-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Up-to-date with current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Salary
N150,000 per month
