Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Summary

• The Site Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, organizing, issuing, and maintaining records of materials and equipment on-site.
• The ideal candidate must have at least 1 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of stock levels, material movements, and all inventory-related transactions.
• Manage and coordinate relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and complete delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between actual stock and system records to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and store materials in a clean, accessible, and systematic manner to support efficient retrieval and effective inventory control.
• Monitor stock usage trends and proactively identify low inventory levels to prevent delays in construction and site activities.
• Prepare and submit timely inventory reports, clearly documenting activities, challenges, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Support procurement processes by tracking usage rates and advising on restocking needs in line with project demands.
• Uphold safety, security, and cleanliness standards within the store area to ensure compliance and prevent material loss or damage.
