Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect located in Abuja. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing design projects, creating construction drawings, and ensuring that design solutions are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• The role also involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to specification and within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 years experience
• Skills in Architectural Design and Architecture
• Proficiency in Design Management and Construction Drawings
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
• Ability to work on-site in Abuja
• Relevant qualifications, including a degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments is a plus
• Expert in Revit.
