Job Title: Head, Marketing and Corporate Communication

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement branding & communication strategies, policies and procedures for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy for executive management approval.
• Identify and proactively manage the growth of the brand and any issues which may impact reputation.
• Lead in the strategic planning and implementation of Transcorp Hotels’ communications through social media platforms.
• Liaise with relevant parties to develop a unique brand identity/ branding initiative for Transcorp Hotels that would be recognized by employees, Partners and the general public.
• Manage the company’s reputation with stakeholders through regular communication of critical messages on company activities, plans, achievements and contributions to the society.
• Formulate strategies for adequate protection of the company’s intellectual property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline
• Relevant professional qualifications in marketing, communications, or brand management are an added advantage
• Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, corporate communications, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,200,000 / Month.
