Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our retail operations and grow our presence in the industry.
• As our Sales Manager, you’ll manage multiple store branches, train and motivate sales personnel, and implement effective strategies to drive sales and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
• Oversee daily operations and performance across different branches
• Train, mentor, and lead sales staff to meet and exceed goals
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Foster strong client and distributor relationships
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences
• Analyze sales data and deliver actionable insights to management
• Ensure exceptional in-store customer experience and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in a sales leadership role(preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or retail)
• Solid understanding of sales metrics, team motivation, and CRM tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Experience managingmultiple retail locations
• Must be based in or able tocommute reliably to Wuse 2, Abuja
• Ability to create sales reports and interpret data to inform decisions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or promotional events
• Passion for the beauty industry and customer satisfaction.
