Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

• Receiving and Storage: Ensuring the proper and safe receipt of incoming paint, pigments, solvents, and other materials.
• Stock Control: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and identifying items that need to be reordered.
• Retrieval and Dispatch: Locating and preparing materials for timely dispatch to production or for customer orders.
• Organization: Arranging goods within the warehouse, optimizing space, and organizing special storage requirements for certain materials.

Operational Tasks:

• Order Processing: Overseeing the picking, packing, and distribution of materials.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining computerized records of all inventory transactions and stock levels.
• Coordination: Working with other departments (e.g., purchasing, production) to ensure a smooth flow of materials.
• Safety and Maintenance: Adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the safe handling of materials.

Skills and Qualifications

• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage inventory, keep records, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in tracking inventory, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
