Job Title: Female Sales Representative
Job Description
- The responsibilities of the ideal candidate includes greeting customers, assisting them with finding items, providing product information, and processing transactions.
- They also play a key role in maintaining the boutique’s appearance, managing inventory, and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Warmly greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized assistance in finding desired items.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the boutique’s merchandise, including features, benefits, and styling options, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including displays and merchandise presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in sales promotions, events, and other activities to drive sales and engage customers.
- Store Operations: Assist with general store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers and foster a loyal customer base through exceptional service and personalized interactions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years experience.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and build rapport.
- Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and resolve customer issues.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the boutique’s merchandise and ability to provide accurate and helpful product information.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, maintain a clean sales floor, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive Attitude and Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the boutique’s brand and values.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and work flexible hours.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
