Job Description

• A Luxury Boutique Supervisor typically manages the daily operations of a high-end retail store, focusing on sales, customer service, and team leadership.
• They ensure the boutique maintains its brand image, achieves sales targets, and provides exceptional customer experiences.
• Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to drive sales and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:

• Leading the sales team to achieve individual and store targets according to job postings from Reed and Career pages.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Team Management:

• Supervising and motivating sales staff.
• Training and developing team members.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Assessing employee performance and providing feedback.

Operational Management:

• Managing inventory, ensuring product availability, and maintaining stock levels.
• Implementing visual merchandising guidelines to showcase products effectively.
• Ensuring the boutique is well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Monitoring daily sales figures and analyzing sales data.

Brand Management:

• Upholding the brand’s image and standards.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborating with other teams (e.g., marketing) to plan and execute in-store events.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field with 3 – 4 years experience.
• Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
