• A digital salesperson, also known as an online salesperson or digital sales representative, is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales through digital channels.
• They leverage online tools and platforms to identify, nurture, and convert prospects into clients, building relationships and driving revenue growthaccording to Visa Corporate site and Expertia AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through market research, online networking, and digital channels.
• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Delivering persuasive sales pitches and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of digital products and services.
• Closing Sales: Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and executing digital sales strategies to meet revenue goals and targets.
• Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and other teams to coordinate campaigns, optimize sales efforts, and improve the customer experience.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking and reporting on digital sales performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
• Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies.
• Customer Feedback: Gathering and implementing customer feedback to improve the digital sales process and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
