Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- 6-8 years in Customer Service
- Organized, process-oriented, excellent in English Language
- Proven leadership and management skills
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Not less than 40 – 45 years of age.
