Bakery Manager at FAW Global Resource

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bakery Manager

Location: Awe / Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the baking and sales of Breads at the Bakery.
• Ensure management of human and material resources with accountability.
• Provide daily and weekly Production reports.
• Provide daily, and weekly Sales reports and ensure profitability.

Requirements

• OND, HND or B.Sc in Food and Science Technology or other related courses with good knowledge of Accounting or at least Book-keeping.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in general bakery activities.
