Job Title: Per Boiler (Rice Mill)

Location: Idu, Abuja (FCT)

 About Zuma Food Professional:      Zuma Processing Farm Mill is a rice mill that processes and package quality rice from the farm.

 Job Requirements

• Monitoring steam boilers and safety devices
• Adjusting boiler controls
• Operating auxiliary equipment and performing routine maintenance
• Following correct boiler operation procedures/established procedures
• Monitoring steam pressure on high-pressure steam boilers
• Maintaining boiler plant equipment/maintaining high-pressure boilers
• Reading pressure gauges
• Ensuring boilers are operating efficiently
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mechanical equipment and mechanical maintenance
• Adjusting gas controls on natural gas systems
• Replacing worn or damaged boiler system and piping system components, such as defective valves
• Checking fuel levels
• Monitoring cooling towers
• Repairing steam engines
