- Only students determined to be Overseas Fee students by the university are eligible for the scholarships.
- a full time, on campus, undergraduate course at the University of Dundee, starting in September 2022, (excluding Medicine, Dentistry, Education and Social Work courses)
or
- a full time, on campus, postgraduate taught course at the University of Dundee, starting in September 2022 or January 2023
