Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source and Attract Candidates: Utilize various recruiting techniques, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking, to source candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Assess resumes, conduct phone screens, and lead in-person interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate Interviews and Hiring Process: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, conduct background checks, and negotiate job offers.
- Build Relationships with Recruitment Sources: Maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment sources to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Recruiting Trends: Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies by staying informed about best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
