Job Summary:

Provide administrative and analytical support to deliver best-in-class treasury operations effectively in line with the policies, processes and procedures of the company.  Partner with the management to strive for continuous improvement and build relationships with key stakeholders.  Coordinates the organization’s activities relating to banking administration.  Evaluates bank services and fees, monitors bank performance and recommends appropriate action.  Produces management reports detailing performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage high level banking administration requests to include legal and corporate documents.
  • Provide analytical support and guidance to personnel within the treasury function and deliver effectively on the initiatives of the department.
  • Supports the forward movement of continuous improvement initiatives by building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work with banking partners on system issues (file testing, etc.)
  • Implement internal processes, provide training and guidance to team and clients
  • Recommend enhancements to processes and systems as appropriate for best practices
  • Interact with other functional areas of the company to resolve treasury/bank issues
  • Manage and execute startup activities related to banking
  • Perform analysis to assess cost benefits of treasury initiatives
  • Create and maintain a global bank account inventory list and summarize key metrics monthly
  • Maintain and audit internal SharePoint database to track banking activities
  • Manage PowerBI reports for bank account details
  • Facilitate and troubleshoot usage of PowerApps
  • Special projects and initiative implementations as needed
  • Variety of other duties and tasks as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Applied Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Must be organized and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to deliver results beyond the status quo.
  • Ability to exchange information and collaborate with colleagues and peers within and outside the organization.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of banking services and products.
  • Must have excellent communication, diplomatic and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Education:

  • Bachelors’ Degree or its International Equivalent in Business Administration, in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or Related Field.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) preferred.

Experience:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience initiating wire transfer payments (domestic and international) in a related industry.
  • Experience with bank reporting platforms.
  • Previous experience in a financial accounting or treasury department.
  • Experience working in a Non-governmental organization (NGO) preferred.
  • Ability to motivate individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds and expertise, resulting in high quality and timely delivery of financial reports and disbursements.
  • Experience with foreign exchange.
  • Experience working with an international organization.

Typical Physical Demands:

  • Typical office environment.
  • Ability to spend long hours looking at computer screen and doing repetitive work on a keyboard.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 5 – 25 lbs.

Technology to be Used:

  • Personal Computer, Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype/TEAMS, e-mail), office telephone, cell phone and printer/copier.
  • SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps familiarity preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • Less than 10%
