  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential market segments and opportunities for growth in the travels/ hospitality industry
  • Analyze industry trends, competitors and customer needs to develop effective strategies
  • Collaborate with the executive team to create comprehensive business plans and set achievable goals.
  • Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Shenbee’s market share.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
  • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings.
  • Manage the end-of-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and agreements while ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service to align business strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and analyse sales performance and business development activities
