 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of Proven experience in a similar senior business development role within the real estate industry or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry in Nigeria.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Sound financial acumen and ability to analyze business data to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
