We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Purpose and Summary

  • To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives
  • Prospecting for corporate clients, selling health insurance and other available products as well as closing sales.
  • Increasing sales and meeting financial sales targets
  • Managing client accounts .

Requirements
Education:

  • B.Sc / HND qualification in Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.  

Work Experience:

  • Two (2) or more years’ experience in the field of Health Services
  • Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience in a reputable HMO
  • Experience in research and statistical analysis is an asset 

Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales management and b2b sales pipeline management
  • Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills to effectively support regularly scheduled and targeted audit, program evaluation and service planning
  • Excellent writing skills to document, report and communicate findings
  • Sound knowledge of auditing principles and practices in order to assist and carry out system and service/case audits
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
