Job Requirements

• First Degree in Computer Science or an IT equivalent degree
• Practitioner Certificate in ITIL – IT Service Transition

Experience:
3 – 7 years experience which includes:

• Experience in a medium-sized organization
• Experience IT Service Support and Delivery Experience
• Experience in Service Management
• Minimum 1 year Change Management Experience 
• Project management Experience
• Experience dealing with change management issues
• Experience working with a range of service providers
• ITSM Tools knowledge – BMC Remedy  preferred
• Understanding of service delivery and service support environments
