Job Title: Director of Debt Capital Management

Job Requirements

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject area.
• Advanced Degree.
• Have 5+ years or equivalent experience in Capital Management, Corporate Finance, Debt Capital.
• Have experience in strategic finance, special purpose vehicle, debt management.
• Have experience helping achieve topline growth
• Comfortable operating without a plan and manage a culture of creativity, risk-taking, experimentation and learning.
• Have experience setting up strategy and action plans with measurement frameworks.
• Have experience leading and implementing growth projects independently and with across the organisation.
• Great at collaboration and communicative in a changing environment where collaboration and understanding people is required. You have enthusiasm for making colleagues successful throughout the company.
• Work with internal partners in a remote work environment
