Job Title: Employee Relations Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Female for gender balance
• 3 – 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in event planning and coordination
• Ability to write compelling content for various channels and audiences
• Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create engaging content
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
