Job Requirements
- Experience of implementing and monitoring EDI/ Anti Racism interventions at the country, regional or global level.
- Experience of working in EDI and managing staff led networks
- Deep understanding and appreciation of intersectionality and EDI/Anti Racism.
- Experience of implementing people aligned processes which recognise and promote intersectional EDI across all aspects of the employee and people manager life cycle at a country/regional/global level.
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to develop insights and trends.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and an ability to communicate complex information concisely and clearly.
Desirable:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources, Social Sciences or similar.
- Experience working in a People and Culture/HR team within an international organisation
