Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management
- Certification or training in bartending
- Well versed in state drinking laws, basic bar terminology and drink mixology
- 1 – 2 years experience as a bartender in any hospitality outlet
- Good interpersonal skills and self-confidence
- Guest oriented and service minded, with attention to quality
- Good sales skills
- Knowledge of drink presentation and garnishing
- Ability to work effectively and in an organized manner while maintaining hygiene
- Proficiency in the use of micros and other programs.
