Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience as a General Manager preferably in an Energy company.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
• Ability to build business relationships.
• Ability to build and lead teams.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Must be a team player and self driven.
